- Recognizing the Teachers, Counselors and Education Directors who select the Windows of Opportunity Scholarship Recipients. Kumu is the Hawaiian word for Teacher or Leader.
Ohana Picnic
- Recognizing the Windows of Opportunity Scholarship Recipients, their families and teachers from all over San Diego County. Ohana means Family. Ohana means that no one is left behind.
"Sharing the Aloha Spirit" Gala.
- A Hawaiian-theme evening with proceeds to benefit the Windows of Opportunity Scholarships targeting students graduating from high schools offering alternative education curriculum, including AVID.
